Challenging times mean that innovation is the name of the game, so when Oracle wanted to get sales of their exciting new luxury apartment complex 'The Heights' off the ground, the venue chosen was the luxurious 5 star Sheraton Skyline Hotel near Heathrow. Only the best was good enough for potential clients and investors, and so it proved on the weekend of 1/2nd March.
An excellent turnout of potential buyers had plenty of time to consider a unique investment opportunity in the sumptuous surroundings, and what an opportunity, just £1000 to reserve your plot, and the balance payable in 2009 at today's prices, there are also many incentives on offer such as stamp duty paid and a guaranteed rent until 2011.
No wonder all the Penthouses and over 25% of the 83 apartments on offer are sold. If you missed the event or are reading about it for the first time don't despair, the opportunity is still open, so if you want to know more call Lisa O'Hanarahan on 01895 252000.

Most estate agents appear to do more or less the same thing. Indeed, any agent is likely to expose your property to the market via one or more property portals, local advertising, for sale board and window display. So in a world where product and service differences are shrinking, it is a breath of fresh air to find an estate agency that is breaking the mould in the way it approaches property sales in the Uxbridge and West Drayton areas.
So what is it that really makes the difference? Peter Lawrence, Branch Manager of Cameron Estate Agents West Drayton suggests it is more about personal commitment and a dedication to helping people move than it is about simply marketing property in the usual way. "Accountability is key, combined with a proactive approach and straight-talking good advice. When people use Cameron they recognise that they are working with dedicated and professional individuals who are determined to make an immediate difference to the home buying and selling experience" he said.
"For example, one of the main problems with estate agents is poor communication, and our aim is to make this a thing of the past. All our clients have their consultant's personal mobile phone number and are encouraged to call at any time" continued Peter. "It also helps that our agents love their job, and the upbeat and enjoyable environment in which they work certainly seems to rub off on our buyers and sellers. Moving should be a thoroughly positive experience"
This approach was recognised recently when Cameron was honoured in the Estate Agency of the Year Awards in the Best New Homes category. According to the judges, it was not just the seven day opening or the impressive submission of properties to over 20 websites and portals, but Cameron's highly dynamic approach that is able to " create an intoxicating and seducing atmosphere which encourages people to exchange contracts there and then. Indeed, in one weekend of marketing alone, Cameron was able to conclude sales on some 30 out of 41units in a new homes development.
Additionally, Cameron's support for the plight of the homeless via their sponsorship of the Estate Agents Foundation demonstrates their passion for making a difference in the community as well as for their clients.
Certainly their website (www.cameron-estateagents.co.uk ) gives a pretty good impression of the contemporary and proactive style of an estate agency that is making waves not only in Uxbridge and West Drayton, but in the industry.

Cameron Estates Agency have won a prestigious award in the estate agency of the year competition sponsored by the N.A.E.A.. The category, open to all sizes of agents that provide a service specifically for house builders and developers as well as residential sales, and to divisions of estate agents who solely serve the new homes sector.
Cameron Estates pick up the award amongst competition from large agencies. The independent judges report reads as follows:-
'Learning from others is a mark of Nick Jordan, a Director of the Cameron Group. When they were not short-listed in last year's event, Nick went out of his way to find out what last year's winner did well. There followed a complete re-branding of Cameron New Homes to give a clear, simple, clean look with one of the best and easiest to use websites. Cameron's focused and clear understanding of the importance of a proactive marketing approach to new homes point of sale, marketing and P.R. was particularly impressive in a small agency of only two branch offices (one of them only opening this year) now selling over 100 new homes. Cameron Estate Agents specialise in selling off plan using an innovative approach which resulted in one developer being able to exchange contracts on 30 new homes out of a total of 41 on the development all in one weekend of sales. Cameron Estate Agents create an intoxicating and seducing atmosphere which encourages people to exchange contracts there and then

ICKENHAM residents will be delighted to learn that Cameron estate agents are taking over the management of the strip of land at the end of Woodstock Drive, adjacent to Swakeleys Road, and their plan is to landscape and maintain the area to a high standard.
The controversial strip of land has been the subject of much debate by local residents since the MOD disposed of it, and its status has attracted the attention of the local residents association, who have been concerned that it has long needed proper management, to enhance the local environment. Cameron will also be inviting local residents for their views and of course any ideas that they may have to improve it further.
Councillor John Hensby & the Ickenham Residents Association have been informed of the plans, and given full support.
Lisa O'Hanrahan, new branch manager and Ickenham resident, commented:
"As a local business, we have enjoyed the goodwill of Hillingdon residents for many years, and to celebrate the opening of our new Uxbridge branch this summer, we are delighted to be able to contribute in a small but hopefully significant way to the amenities of the borough, which is already a great place to live."
To find out more about the new Uxbridge office, please call Lisa on 01895 252000.
